INTERNATIONAL LIGHTING DESIGN INDEX: Beta Nit selected

Beta Nit with the design of the Tavazzano Church was selected by Mr. Helmut M. Bien and Mr. Markus Helle to be published on the LIGHTING DESIGN INDEX 2010.

After the IES ILLUMINATION AWARDS 2009, we are pleased to inform you that the lighting design of the church of Tavazzano with Villavesco was selected by Helmut Bien Helle and Markus as one of 100 projects most representative of the Lighting Design 2009/2010.

For the first time, the lighting design created by Beta Nit puts a giant digital planetarium on the ceiling of a church.

International Lighting Design Index is a collection of the best and most innovative lighting designs made in the last two years. ILDI presents the trends and technologies of contemporary design. In collaboration with Aveditio (editor of Trade Fair Design Annual) Helmut M. Bien (curator of the event Luminale) and Markus Helle (Highlights Magazine) have created an index that enables architects, lighting brands, designers, contractors, landscape planners, and interior designers, set designers and design agencies to find good and interesting partners for the realization of their projects.

Published in October 2009, presented at the 2009 International Book Fair in Frankfurt, the book has 248 pages full of photos, text in English and is sold on amazon.com and other booksellers since December 15.
