Who We Are

We are BetaNit.com, a company founded on the idea of designing and building practical tools for teaching and researching natural lighting.

Our sun and sky simulators — such as heliodon and artificial skies — are now used by universities, researchers, and designers to study the interaction between light, architecture, and materials, both in educational and professional design contexts.

Our very first prototype was born from the graduation thesis of architect Podestà, and we haven’t stopped since.

Today, we continue to innovate with solutions designed for educators, researchers, and professionals working in architectural and lighting design.
We do this by combining multidisciplinary expertise and passion, with the same energy we see in those who train every day — whether in the lab or on the water.
