On January 12 at IUAV University, you are invited to attend the study and design workshop with light, held in Room H of the Cotonificio in Venice.
A day of great interest, as we will discuss Architecture and daylighting.
It will be fascinating to see how the use of a heliodon can influence the way students view their projects with new eyes and how they decide to intervene in their designs.
Attending the workshop will give you the opportunity to see and understand the potential of our manual heliodon orchard.
The Master's Degree students in Architecture, under the guidance of Professors Fabio Peron and Tiziano Dalla Mora, through an iterative process of model making, analysis, and heliodon testing, will design their architecture as if sunlight were a construction material.
This tool will allow the approximately 50 participating students, divided into working groups, to shape their architectural projects under sunlight, offering a hands-on, immersive, and iterative experience.
The day’s program will include practical sessions, presentations, and discussions that promote the exchange of ideas, design strategies, and the exploration of creativity and new perspectives.
We are confident this experience will be not only exciting but also highly enriching for all participants.
