Amid cold weather, short breaths and adrenaline, the Canottieri Vittorino athletes competed with determination on February 8th and 9th, united by the D’Inverno sul Po — a historic international event now at its 43rd edition.
All within the unique atmosphere of Turin, a city of water and hills, which during those days shared the excitement of the Milan‑Cortina Winter Olympics, spreading a spirit of sport and togetherness.
While the city filled with enthusiasm, along the Po River you could feel the genuine passion of those who row with dedication and team spirit in every stroke.
To them — the young rowers of Canottieri Vittorino da Feltre and those who support them — we extend our heartfelt thanks for their perseverance, effort, and ability to face fatigue with determination and a smile: a true example of collaboration and growth.
As Beta Nit, always focused on environmental wellbeing and the education of future professionals, we feel close to the philosophy that drives this regatta — the pursuit of balance between effort and beauty, between collective value and individual talent.
The D’Inverno sul Po reminds us how shared passion makes us stronger — in sport, as in life and learning.
Thank you to all who, every day, make a difference through dedication and teamwork.
The Mole Antonelliana, symbol of Turin, is an impressive 167‑meter‑high building designed by Alessandro Antonelli in the 19th century. Today it houses the National Cinema Museum and is one of Italy’s most iconic landmarks. In this photo, it is beautifully illuminated in honor of the rowing regatta D’Inverno sul Po.

The Castello del Valentino, located in Turin along the banks of the River Po, is one of the city’s most elegant historic residences. Built in the 17th century and inspired by French architecture, it once served as a royal residence of the House of Savoy and today hosts the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Turin. Its park welcomed the athletes and provided space for the preparation of their canoes during the D’Inverno sul Po rowing regatta.

The Murazzi of Turin are the old stone embankments along the River Po, built in the 19th century to house warehouses and boat shelters. Today they are one of the city’s most distinctive spots, a meeting place where history, nightlife, and river sports come together.
