Rowing: Vittorino shines at the La Standiana Regatta (Ravenna)

An intense and exciting day for Vittorino, competing in the inter‑regional rowing regatta held on the La Standiana course in Ravenna.
The weather made the challenge even more interesting: in the morning, a biting cold tested athletes and coaches, while in the afternoon the almost‑summer sun brought much higher temperatures, creating a strong thermal shift that demanded focus and adaptability.

Despite the conditions, Vittorino’s athletes showed determination, teamwork, and perseverance, earning three gold medals with Sardi Giorgia (Single Under 17), Tinelli Marco and Sardi Matteo (Pair Under 19), and Guerra Dario (Quadruple Scull Senior, mixed crew).

They also collected seven silver medals, won by Ferrari Viola (Single Under 19), Podestà Riccardo (Single Cadet), Tinelli Marco and Sardi Matteo (Double Under 19), Fiugazza Anna (Quadruple Scull Under 17, mixed crew), Ferrari Viola and Sardi Giorgia (Double Under 19), Civardi Giorgia and Groppi Luca (Double Over 17), plus another valuable silver that enriched the medal tally.

The bronze medal went to Biselli Gabriele and Gandolfi Christian in the Double Allievi C event.
There were also several fourth and fifth places, confirming the consistency and dedication of each athlete.
A small technical issue stopped the Cadet Double, but it didn’t diminish their determination or spirit.

Once again, Vittorino proves to be a community built on passion, dedication, and teamwork — values it shares with its supporters.
